Break a bad habit by writing down why

Add it like any other habit, and check it off every day you go without it. Write down why you want to break it in its notes, so the reason is there when you need it.

Achieve your goals by writing them down

Write down what you want to do and give it a date. Each goal counts the days until then. When you get there, complete it.

Countdown to the things you’re excited for!

Count down to trips, birthdays, concerts, or a show coming out. When the day arrives, complete it, and it joins your past countdowns, a little memory lane of everything you looked forward to.
